Bal-e-Jibreel by Allama Iqbal

Bal-e-Jibreel (Wings of Gabriel) is a monumental philosophical poetry book written by the celebrated poet-philosopher of the East, Allama Muhammad Iqbal, and published in 1935. It is widely considered his finest Urdu poetry collection, marking the peak of his philosophical maturity and spiritual evolution.

Following his first Urdu collection, Bang-e-Dara (1924), Bal-e-Jibreel contains verses inspired by Iqbal's travels across Britain, Italy, Egypt, Palestine, and Spain—including his famous reflections at the Mosque of Córdoba.
